Cool Jersey - Great Customer Service

The jersey & customization look really sharp, but was even more impressed with the customer service. I ordered it in the lead-up to the Otters season & Darcie personally emailed me to let me know they were very sorry, but there might be a small delay in getting my customization done because the same customizer that handles store orders was actually doing the team's in preparation for the season. Not many stores/retailers would do that and it was appreciated.
